This is a contractual agreement for the ownership of one (1) Pembroke Welsh Corgi.

A deposit of $______ will hold the puppy until it is eight weeks of age. A balance of $______ is to be paid to breeder when puppy is picked up by the Buyer. The puppy will be ready to go to his/her new home on _____________.
1) Breeder guarantees that the above said dog is a purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi, registerable with the American Kennel Club, and that a registration application, true copy of its pedigree and a health certificate shall be given to the Buyer at the time of purchase.
2) Breeder guarantees this dog to be in good health: if, however, a licensed veterinarian finds the dog to be unsound or suffering from a serious health defect or disease within 72 hours of sale, the Purchaser may return the dog with a certificate from the examining veterinarian and full purchase price will be refunded. Purchaser assumes full responsibility of the dog until returned.
3) The Buyer agrees to give this dog loving care, proper veterinary care, and proper training throughout its lifetime. This dog will be given adequate and proper shade and housing and be properly and sufficiently fed. This dog shall not be neglected in any manner and in no way mistreated.
4) It is understood that this dog is a house dog and companion to the family, and will be housed inside with its human family. This dog will not be tied out.
5) The Buyer guarantees the Seller right of first refusal if the dog is to be sold or disposed of in any way. If the Seller does not wish to acquire the dog, the Seller will assist the Buyer in placing him.
6) Breeder has the right to revoke this written agreement before puppy is placed with new owners at any time for any reason.
The above agreement is made and signed by both parties to assure the well-being and protection of this animal. No part of this contract is transferable.
